账户
进入“设置 > 账户”，点击加号，在 5 组、23 种类型中选择账户类型。名称、图标和颜色会使用所选类型的默认值，你可以在详情页修改。
修改已有账户的类型不会覆盖已自定义的名称、图标和颜色。初始余额是记账开始前的余额，不是新增的收入。
退款
在首页左滑支出账单并选择“退款”。填写的是该账单累计退款总额，保存新数值会替换旧总额，而不是再次追加。累计退款不能超过原支出金额。
“退款清零”会立即保存零退款，并留在页面供继续编辑；空金额保存也按零退款处理。全额退款在首页显示“全部退款”。这些操作只改变记账数据，不向支付平台申请退款。
数据迁移
完整迁移请选择“设置 > 数据与备份 > 导出完整备份文件”。JSON 备份包含账户、账单、设置和照片附件。恢复前会保存本机安全副本，然后用备份替换本机数据。
账单 CSV 用于交换账单记录，不代替完整备份。版本 3 会保留账单涉及账户的类型、图标、颜色、初始余额及累计退款；没有账单的账户、附件、账户排序/默认/归档状态和应用设置不在 CSV 中。
CSV 导入按名称及币种匹配账户，不覆盖已有账户配置。重复账单 ID 会被跳过；重复导入没有填写 ID 的原始 CSV 会新增记录。
自动备份与 iCloud
选择本地或 iCloud 文件夹后，可设置自动备份频率和保留份数。iOS 决定后台任务何时执行，不保证严格按时；重要操作前可使用“立即备份到已选位置”。
文件写入成功与 iCloud 上传完成不同。同步由 iCloud 或文件提供方管理。更换设备或恢复数据后，可能需要重新选择备份位置。
语言与汇率
“设置 > 语言”支持跟随系统或手动选择。账户、账本、类目、标签和备注是你输入的内容，不会自动翻译。
汇率可以手动修改或联网更新。联网失败时仍可使用本机记录和已有汇率；汇率仅供记账参考。

Accounts
Open Settings > Accounts and tap the plus button. Choose from 23 types in five groups. The selected type supplies a default name, icon, and color, which you may customize in the editor.
Changing an existing account's type does not overwrite its customized appearance or name. Opening balance represents the balance before the records in the app; it is not additional income.
Refunds
Swipe an expense transaction left and choose Refund. Enter the transaction's total cumulative refund. Saving replaces the previous total rather than adding the amount again. The total cannot exceed the original expense.
Reset Refund immediately saves a zero refund and keeps the editor open. Saving an empty amount also records zero. Fully refunded expenses display Full Refund. These are bookkeeping changes, not real payment refund requests.
Moving Data
For a complete migration, use Settings > Data & Backup > Export Complete Backup. JSON backups include accounts, transactions, settings, and photo attachments. Restoring saves a local safety copy before replacing the app's local data.
Transaction CSV is for exchanging transaction records and is not a complete backup. Version 3 retains the type, icon, color, opening balance, and refund amounts associated with accounts used by exported transactions. Accounts without transactions, attachments, account order/default/archived status, and app settings are not included.
CSV import matches accounts by name and currency without overwriting existing account configuration. Existing transaction IDs are skipped. Importing an original CSV with blank IDs again creates new records.
Automatic Backup and iCloud
Select a local or iCloud folder, then choose the automatic backup interval and retention. iOS controls background execution, so exact scheduling is not guaranteed. Use Back Up Now before important changes.
A successful file write does not guarantee completed iCloud upload. Synchronization is managed by the file provider. You may need to reselect backup folders after moving to another device or restoring data.
Language and Exchange Rates
Settings > Language supports system-following or manual selection. Account names, ledger names, categories, tags, and notes are user-entered content and are not automatically translated.
Rates may be updated manually or online. Local records and existing rates remain usable when online updates fail. Rates are for bookkeeping reference only.
